For a refund we will credit your account after receipt of goods, and for exchanges we will deliver within three working days, assuming the goods are in stock. If they are not in stock we will contact you directly for further instructions.

Re hygeine regulations we are not able to accept for return items that are briefs - thongs or bodies that have a brief shape.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
